Wouldnt it be better for this TWDT Season if u can actually trade players to other teams? Also have like a salary cap of each player? like for example Death Row 3,000 for 1 yr with the team or whatever

You are allowed to trade players, rough.
A large premise of the draft tourny is so that we can trade players. However the skill at which a captain measures a player's skill shouldn't be fixed, as certain players don't team well with others, so there shouldn't be a fixed number associated with a player even IF they were to trade back a player who's associated value is significantly lower.♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫
