I have a few promises as a captain.
1. I'll try to be biased and not pick any -FINAL- members. I get enough of them anyway
2. I promise to pick the people I dislike and bench them for all season
3. I promise to pick the person with most numbers in their name
4. If you don't want to play for my team, shrug, don't play at all

Other than that, the captais look fine to me, although none of them is "good in all three leagues" - we could only cap Sika and Domi if the criteria would be strict. :P

You have to be registered in TWD to sign up. This is to avoid double squadders and those who use alias's (not thix.)

Depends on how you define "Good"...
Sika is maybe even Best spider, best jav and best wb.... or atleast top 10... But if you say "good in all three leagues" im thinking of could easily be starter for some play-off squads in all three leagues, and there is more people that could fill that criteria for example phrenitis....
Also i think they were mainly looking at people that know how to pick a team, and KNOW who are the good players in every league so that no captain will focus on 1 league, although that will happen anyways.
Also they needed people that would accept the captain spot, and I don't think sika or domi would want to be cap, just cause then they had to type more then 1 word an hour and If they accepted PICKING WOULD BE HELL!!!! AND WOULD TAKE APROX 1-2 days.
I agree on most caps, although some of the cap are just basers....

In what concerns myself, I am not a good player in every ship prolly but I know enough about any of them. I am captain of a squad that played the 3 leagues in TWL and i'll do my work.. Just wait and see!

Warbirds are fast and have one hit kill. Pick anyone squadjoined to -Final-
Javs shots bounce, pick anyone squadjoined to Dice.
Base, get the flag! Spastic/ AS are the best.

I know about all 3 leagues. Can i be a reserve cap?
