Wouldnt editing alos not show up as a new post to read in a thread and so not highlight the fact to creature that hes been outbid?
Regardless if the above is wrong/correct, editing shouldnt be a valid way of bidding for obvious reasons. Creature should win.

I think Creature should also get spawni at 29 and not even include tragiks bids on this player just to show how lame bidding wont be tolerated. (and i dont include last minute bidding in that because that sadly is acceptable in the rules)

The problem is that we can't tell whether or not Jaa edited. Its creatures word and some circumstantial evidence vs. jaa's word, unless forums moderators can see.

Well, it's one thing to edit a post to retract a bid and another to edit a post to change the bid entirely...

well heres the thing. the rules state that in order to bid over somebody, you must post a new post that outbids them...you can't simple edit before.

in this situation, jaa put 30 (i saw it with my own eyes, hence me bidding 31). right after he finished putting 30, jaa saw that i bid 31. he immediately went back and edited his post, making his bid 32 (in the process making me look retarded by bidding a number not even higher than the previous post)

i promise you 100% this is what happened.



regardless, since the rules are unclear, i don't really give a shit if that's how jaa wins. it actually benefits me, having jaa win will shoot him over his *limit easily if this "editing" is allowed. everybody knew you could edit and it wasn't clear so that's something we will have to deal with until it's fixed.
