Sure, count the games if you want, but I knew this week would be a disaster, but since I feel obligated as a Captain to be at every match, I rearranged plans specifically to make the games. Pretty lame to do that just to be screwed over by the zone not being properly informed and educated about the process/scheduling that was going to go on on Sunday. If multiple captains are making appeals I think it's pretty clear something went wrong and the games shouldn't count. On top of that, Humid himself said in game he was EXPECTING a lot of appeals so even he knew something wasn't quite even-keel about the whole thing. That says it all right there.Leave a comment:

How Mythril Stole TWL(mas)
Every Trencher down in Trench-Ville liked TWL alot...
But Mythril, Who lived just north of Trench-ville did NOT!
Mythril hated TWL!
The whole TWL season!
Now, please don't ask why, No one quite knows the reason
It could be that his CE was turned up too high,
It could be, perhaps, that he couldn't fly.
But I think that the most likely reason of all,
May have been that his skill level was too small.
But,
Whatever the reason,
His lack of skill or being a bencher,
He stood there on TWL Eve, hating the Trenchers,
Staring down from his #arena with a sour, Mythril frown
At the warm lighted arenas below in ?go TWtown
For he knew every Trencher down in Trench-Ville beneath,
Was busy now, warming up in dd's.
"And they're winning dd's!" he snarled with a sneer.
"Tomorrow is TWL! It's practically here!"
Then he growled with his Mythril fingers neverously drumming
"I must find a way to keep TWL from coming!"
For, tomorrow, he knew...
... All the trench girls and boys
Would wake up bright and early, They'd rush for their kills
And then! Oh, the skills! Oh, the skills!, Skills! Skills! Skills!
Thats one thing he hated! The SKILLS! SKILLS! SKILLS! SKILLS!
The the trenchers, young and old, would sit down to play.
And they'd Play! And they'd Play,
And they'd PLAY! PLAY! PLAY! PLAY!
They would start on Lding, and rare Lbing
Which was something Mythril couldn't stand without cheating!
And THEN
They'd do something he liked least of all!
Every Trencher in Trench-Ville, the tall and the small
Would stand close together, with *zone messages ringing.
They'd stand close together. And the Trenchers would start teaming!
They'd Team! And They'd Team!
AND they'd TEAM! TEAM! TEAM! TEAM!
And the more Mythril thought of the Trench-TWL-Teaming
The more Mythril thought "I must stop this whole thing!"
"Why for 10 years I've put up with it now!
I MUST stop TWL from coming!
...but HOW?"
Then he got an idea
An awful idea
MYTHRIL
GOT A WONDERFUL, AWFUL IDEA!
"I know jus what to do!" Mythril laughed in glee.
And he made a quick macro set and downloaded CE.
And he chuckled, and clucked, "What a great Mythril trick!"
"With this CE and these Bursts, I'll ruin TWL like a dick!"
"All I need is a bd..."
Mythril looked around.
But since BD's are scarce, there was none to be found
Did that stop old Mythril...?
No! Mythril simply said,
"If I can't find a BD, I will challenge instead!"
So he called whole squad, Then he added himself in terr,
And he prized himself burts till the enemy terr was dead.
All the players speechless, quiet filled the bd,
All the Trenchers were busy typing ?cheater
Then he slid up the tube, and got several kills
But if Brookus could do it than so could Mythril,
He got stuck only once, for a moment or two,
Then he stuck his ship through a wall into a sea of blue,
"This is warning number one," The lazy mod Hissed,
And this is the moment that Mythril had wished.
Mythril had been caught by this little Trench mod,
Who had been called out of ?go base for the love of god,
Randedl stared at Mythril and said "Why Mythril Why,
"Why are you taking away Grapevines chance at the TWL pie."
But, you know, that old Mythril was so smart and so slick
He thought up a lie, and he thought it up quick!
"Why, my sweet little randedl," Mythril said with a grin,
"I'm just getting greens, as I flew my way in"
"So I'm not cheating at all, my dear.
"I'll clear this up there, and bring my terring back here."
And this fib fooled Randedl, and he patted his head,
And he got him a drink and he sent Randedl to bed.
And when Randedl went to bed with his cup,
HE turned it back on, and turned his cheats up!
All the trenchers were up, Up the TWLD ladder,
He went on the forums to hear all the chatter!
"Pooh-Pooh to the Trenchers, he was Mythril-ish-ly humming.
"They're finding out now that no Grapevine is coming!
"They're just waking up, I know just what they'll do!
"They're mouths will hang open a minute or two
"Then all the Trenchers in Trench-Ville will all cry BOO-HOO
"Thats a post," grinned Mythril
"That I simply must see"
So he paused, and Mythril clicked on the link,
And he did see a post and he started to peruse,
It started out sad, and than turned to abuse...
But the sound wasn't sad!
Why, this sound sounded merry!
It couldn't be so
But it WAS merry! VERY!
He stared at Trench-Ville through Small Warzoneland
Mythril popped his eyes
Then he shook!
What he saw was a shocking surprise!
Every Trencher down in Trench-Ville, the tall and the small,
Was laughing! TWL would continue and all!
He hadn't stopped TWL from coming!
It CAME!
Somehow or other, it came just the same!
And Mythril, with his Mythril-feet-ice-cold in a newbie zone,
Stood puzzling and puzzling: "How did I get owned"
It came without Grapevine, It came without Mythril,
It came with Locket replacing Grapevine at will!
And he puzzled three hours, 'till his puzzlers were sore,
And Mythril thought of something he hadn't before!
"Maybe TWL," he thought, "doesn't stop cause of cheating.
"Maybe TWL... perhaps... has more of a meaning!"
And what happened then...?
Well... in Trench-Ville they say
That Mythrils small skill
Grew three sizes that day!
And the minute his heart didn't feel so tight,
But he was banned from Trench Wars for a year and a night,
And he stopped posting on forums, and evading the bans
And he...
HE HIMSELF...!
