Yeah but for obvious reasons people assume that if someone has been around for.. 10 years or so they are probably at the least 5's in even their weakest ships. I mean I can go 15-10 in javs vs average players and go + in base vs average players also. So either people thought that you weren't old enough of a player to have experience in all three leagues especially with no history or they just rated you lower for whatever reason and some people higher for whatever reason, I don't think these numbers are supposed to be perfect, there is some human error.

Also not just one person did all the ratings for each league as far as I know so it would be a combination of several people thinking you weren't a baser.

Lets see.. Casket could be a 7 over a 6 but he could easily be a six also, Kyou should be a 9 but hes also more of a smart team player than a huge rec player so to the captains we have an 8 might be more paletteable , Riverside isn't that good at twld if this was 1v1 twdt I might give him a 9 or 10, Beams a bit high but if he ere more active I would say 7 but right now 6 would be better, Paky Dude consistently starts in every TWL game every year and does well even with a weak team generally so I don't have a problem with 7 there, Rainbow Seeker could be a 7 maybe but he hasn't been playing too great lately, Eria as a six I don't know how that happened I would go with 5 there, Obi might have won twld finals a while back but I sure haven't seen him on much unless he is aliased and I wasn't aware of that. Wage being a six makes sense, hes not that bad and he would start in a few twl matches, Weak is good but always plays with good teams also a seven is more than fair, Oranje meh, and Skepsis has continually been good at Warbird for enough seasons in a row right now that he deserves the nine more than anyone else who has signed up. I don't see players like Apok, Racka, Ease etc and the rest of the players who would have been 10's signed up for this league.

So yeah a few small and very minor problems but nothing that would "ruin the league because of terrible ratings" as you are crying about Mythril.
