Next TWDT Season?

If we hypothetically had another TWDT season announced within the next two weeks.

I would like to see if we had 8 people who would volunteer to cap to keep this thing going.

So, is anyone interested?

How to do it:



1) Announce a season and TWDT head op within the next 3 days
2) We take the next three weeks off so people can rest, while signups and captains are gained
3) October 6th Draft
4) 8 teams
5) Copy Pasta the rules from last season
6) No games on December 1st weekend (Thanksgiving)

Another 7 week regular season, then 2 weeks of playoffs

a) Combine Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals due to time constraints on December 8th (Best of 1 QF, Best of 3 SF)
b) Finals on December 15th, then we break for the holidays
c) Prep TWL or another league for February/March

I am willing to cap and bring Terrorist back for a new season! I've never won anything as a TWDT player and only been in finals twice. (both lost) Then again, I've only missed finals once while capping so that seems to be the recipe for success.

It's getting caps that's the hard part. Hardly anyone's posted willing to cap, dunno if they've said so elsewhere.

Dreamwin, Zidane, and RR volunteered, and I'm sure there's a few more who would cap.

I'm always willing to do a little here and there to help out but I don't have any interest in running leagues or capping.

I'll ask around, though, see who is up for draft a team.
