Some base rating suggestions for some people I played with on Win Or Die:

skatarius 9---> 10, guy put up strong numbers all season in spider. He avg 92-38 (2.4K/D) and had 25 teks, second only to bitsavers 28.

bitsaver 8---> 9, imho best terr positioning of the terrs still around, didn't die much, think he ended up with mvp of the season?

cape 10 --->8/9 guy inactive, it really shows, especially in terr.

Haze's roster should have a second look at basing ratings.

Someone suggestion we separate the basing rating into spider/terr/shark, might be more work but it's a good idea.
