        That’s obviously broken, yea? Lol apt should be 8* minimum, but probably closer to 8.5* when he’s not drunk and/or having a psychotic break

          None of the current FA ratings are finalized, I've just imported ratings from previous seasons, busted or not. Ill consider 8*, is apt ever not drunk and/or having a psychotic break?
