Vys ban

With or without vys, I know our twdt squad will continue to do very well. I’m very happy with everyone I’ve gotten the opportunity to play with during this season. Vys has been a great teammate in the last 4-5 seasons I’ve landed on his twdt squad. I drafted him thinking he’s among the drama free players that enjoy tw and want to win based on prior show rates. As most you know that are on discord, vys has decided he will not play for me after multiple incidents following a trade involving him.

i believe his behavior warrants a 2 season twdt ban based on the written rules and prior responses to this behavior. He has refused to be traded and elects to not play despite signing up for twdt with the intention of playing, especially so by being a first round pick.

i believe in my team and what they can accomplish but the response to this behavior can set a bad precedent. At the very least he should request a trade to another captain that could benefit from his supposed two league availability.



to put it simply—

past seasons: dispute with cap -> trade -> player/cap content

this season: dispute with cap -> player quits without allowing trade -> player/cap not content

Didn't he quit, refuse to play, or demand to be traded for like 2-3 seasons in a row at one point? If nothing came about those actions then, nothing will now. He's a big time name in this game. Good luck to you and your team though.

And I've never quit or refused to play for a captain in draft before, but equally I've never been forced to lie about my show rate in order to force a trade.
morph has backed out of the trade and i was told i need to force the trade otherwise I'm benching all season. So I removed myself out of the league.
