Fix ratings for base in DT!

Leaderboard is ranked based on your rating?

If you are involved with a ship switch or a sub in a BD you end up with 0 rating no matter what your stats were.
Why penalize players that can play more than one ship?

example:

Let's say you have some retard in terr that goes 0-5 in first 90 seconds of the game.

You swap him with a spider let's say zizu was spidering for some reason now he is in terr.

Now zizu goes 52-0 in terr with 4 teks. You win the game (yay you).

zizu gets 0 rating wtf?

MVP is also based on rating so in this scenario zizu would not get MVP either.


With donations being handed out based on leaderboards this needs to be fixed.

zap was terrible in shark I had to swap with him.

Tiny was trash in terr, pressure was subbed in for mongrel and pressure swapped with tiny.

These were good switches/subs that made the match better for both teams.

All 5 players earned 0 rating in both ships they played in because this rating system is incomplete.

Pressure and I should not be penalized here with 0 ratings for having to swap because other people are playing poorly
