Is ogron ok? what in the fuck are you ranting about? I did not read the rules, i only used the same tie breakers we have always used and tossed the scores in a spreadsheet. it took 5 mins. If it changed, huzzah, who cares lol....did you lose in a tiebreaker or something? still dont know what the rules are besides ogron copy pasting the coin toss. Someone figure out why he's so angry please.

My guess is that this is a multi-monitor pop-up issue. At least that's my hope.
The video you posted is proof of nothing as the results of the randomizer don't come up on screen, were just left to take your word for it.
You're not under any obligation to stream them, and thus I'm not going to bitch too much, but this is a rather poor attempt at transparency.
