I guess his point is that low star captains are not expected to perform and carry their teams, as opposed to higher rated captains, and tend to have way more options to choose from as they don't have to juggle with star limits as much. Draft tournament is designed with middle-tier players in mind.

However with an increase in star limits this season it's not as big of an advantage anymore. Higher rated captains are no longer forced to take a gamble with 6-star players.

.. and you are welcome, Flew. I also saved him from being rated too high which means that you have some hope in this league (your other two look amazing) should you find a good trade or free agency pickup to support his set of skills.
