o and here is my logon screen

I have the mouse on top of the Janne user so the users light up like that. If I take it off then the user names almost fade into the background completely.

I tried to take a screendhot of my Windows loading screen too but I don't know how

Can someone care to guide through the directions around my comp so that I can change the startup picture and login? Right now when i start windows, first it has a Compaq picture, then the regular blue screen with the ducky (o ducky how i love thee), and my logins. So how can i change all that?
