Well I have nails so it's rather easy for me. But if you don't have nails, place your index finger and thumb of your left hand a little to the left of the center, and the same a little to the right with your right hand. Then, take your left hand and pull it toward you, and your right hand away from you, while pinching your fingers inward. If that doesn't work then use scissors.
