The only way it could be done is if he still has mod powers and is granting himself a prize... Which would probably be very likely to occur... If he isn't a mod anymore, then the only way is if he got another mod to do it for him.

Elmo - Our friend Elmo here is a moderator, and obviously not a very good one. He's the type that just does whatever their content bot tells him to do. Instead of investigating a problem, they instead just issue a warning, and then a ban. That's just utterly horrible moderating. Moderating requires some talent, something with Elmo lacks. Just stick to Sesame Street, bud.
