Where did you sleep last night
The man who sold the world (great cover)
    Lithium
    Territorial Pissings

Nirvana was and is still one of the best bands in history of music. Kurt Cobain was great, Dave Grohl is still great(loved his drumming on the last Queens of the Stone Age album). And Novoselic...haven't heared much about him really. Exept for that band he had, but never heared one of the songs.
    More cowbell...

[QUOTE=Jeansi]I don't think Nirvana would be as big as it is now if he'd still be alive, it was unavoidable.
          QUOTE]

I think you're very wrong. Big how? radio play? I don't think they get more play than other big bands of their time. they're not as popular now as they were when they released their last album. I mean who ever talks about nirvana when it's not the anniversary of kurt's death?

They'd probably be just like Pearl Jam is right now, or they might have separated and Kurt would've started another band like Billy Corgan and Zwan.

Zwan was fairly good live. Woulda been better if Corgan had written less of the material.

Billy Corgan jumped the shark when pumpkins started making those crappy electronic songs.

Big as in big enough to be awarded frst place in band of the 90's election and big as in big enough to also grab first (smells like teen spirit), third (pennyroyal tea) and tenth (on a plain? I can't remember) place in best songs of the 90's election, as the only band to get more than two songs on the whole list (which was a top 20)

edit: oops fucked up the quote.
