The way I'm doing it with my friends is 1 point for the correct result (England beat France - that IS the correct score btw), 2 pts for the correct goal difference (England win by fifteen goals) and 3 pts for the correct score.

Edit: And Spain will win, they have a team at the peak of their career, a lot of home support and a manager that has won competitions with this team (youth level).
