Every different race gets a different "Steed" they can ride on to go from adventure to adventure or through forests, or however it works in the HUGE world that is WoW. I'd just like to say that I will be a gnome just because of the sheer awesomeness of their steed.

Undead ride burning horses, humans ride gryphons or horses, orcs ride wolves, night elves ride tigers, dwarves ride rams, and trolls ride some sort of dinosaur, they look like velocaraptors. Taurens, if they could fit on an animal, I'm sure they'd have a steed too, but they're just too big.

When I was running around the Elves area I found a lot of neat structures and people. There's huge trees everywhere with small tree lamps all over. A lot of their buildings seem to be like tree houses and in the air theres a haze all around. When I came to what seemed to be the end of the town of city I found that it was all on one big tree, I did fall off of it but I saw some roads leading off of it.



I think i'm going to be a Elf mage, they look pretty good and I like their part of the Warcraft story so far.

World of Warcraft, eh? It's cute, I don't buy it, but... but, it's cute.

Guild Wars is actually made by the old dev team for Blizzard after they jumped ship, since Blizz is all corrupt with money now.

Apparently you heard a different side of the story Dameon, which in fact doesn't make Guild Wars any better than a game that is already better and isn't even out yet... but the truth is, those guys just wanted more money than Blizzard was giving them, not because Blizzard is "corrupt" with it. Blizzard runs the biggest online game server on this planet for FREE, that's anything BUT corrupt.

I suck balls at MMORPG's. I love single player RPG's, but for some reason the huge online worlds and the dealing with 28348238 players intimidates me. That, and I'm a cheap bastard and I refuse to ever buy a pay2play game.

I aboslutely fucking love all the old WarCrafts though. I have that set with all of 'em in one. I still break 'em out now and again. :]

Thats one problem with the games, the overcrowding of the towns. They create high lag spikes and total congestion.

I think they should make all towns solo-events. Ie: you have no online players with you, but you're still online. it'll make things alot easier to find (such as shops and NPCs)

They have that with regular RPGs such as Diablo II, but what makes this different than Diablo II, is that it's an MMORPG! It's not meant to have solo play, if you want solo play you simply play ANOTHER GAME. It's simple.
