Well Pan, you're partly right, we are pretty shitty compared to the rest of the world, but considering how much we don't care about the sport, we still have the 9th best team in the world (ranks based after the completion of the last World Cup, rank my vary now, of course I really don't care, because my country is horrible at it).

17 out of 20 is a lil harsh.. I think Africa and south-america would take like 15 our of 20 spots if they didn't have those damn qualification groups divided by geographical locations.
