Things that made me stop playing FFXI:

Impossible to solo past 10.

The grps have to be well balanced or you cant kill shit.

The missions have to be done are take ages to complete.

Time sinc for little reward.

You cant just log and on play for 20mins, u need 5-6hr sessions to achieve anything.

Lots of whiney cheating japs, almost as bad at lineage2 cheating asians.

Believe it or not, he's right. Especially about the 5-6 hour session stuff. Just wait until you get past level 35. Good luck trying to solo anything, and good luck trying to log on for 20 minutes and be able to do something productive. Hell, depending on your job, you might spend 20 minutes alone on seek. That and the community is full of powergamers and 12 year olds. I should have expected it though, seeing as how it has Final Fantasy in the title.
