I bought this game, and it's suprisingly not that bad. Alot of nice people who walk by and heal you randomly, or raise you back up from the dead. I've been playing with Bluedandy (Nyo <ER>) and Melufa needs to get his shit back on, lol.

Anyone else play this? I'm on Titan Server

Things that made me stop playing FFXI:

Impossible to solo past 10.

The grps have to be well balanced or you cant kill shit.

The missions have to be done are take ages to complete.

Time sinc for little reward.

You cant just log and on play for 20mins, u need 5-6hr sessions to achieve anything.

Lots of whiney cheating japs, almost as bad at lineage2 cheating asians.

I solo past 10
In a group of monks, we totally destroied some orcs and crap, was fun
I do missions within an hour or so
Time sinc? .... no clue wtf that is.
I play for 20 minutes, kill a few things, talk to people, go back. Its fun
the Japanese started WAY before us.

Murdoc is lvl 7 Whm TaruTaru male.. i re-created my mages cuz i was too stupid enough to realize that taru's get like 4x more mana than humes and elvaan's

FFXI was not fun. I just spent the whole fucking day running around a gorgeous forest killing boars, kobolds, and lord knows what else with myth. It was fuckin awesome
