When I heard some more of QOTSA's songs other than that hit one they had with the crazy deer in the video I was pleasently surprised. They're more of an indie/screamo band than a generic manufactured rock band. And they got that beast Grohl pounding their drums, which automatically gives them a +1 on the coolness scale.
