Can somebody name a program that you can keep your bills and junk like that. My mom wants to find out some things before she looks for a new house. I dont know any can anyone help me out.

I use Quicken. I download credit card and Ameritrade transaction info. I can't download my credit union info but I can go to my credit union site and import a quicken file. You can track loans/mortgages, etc. and create reports to see your net worth, cash flow, etc.
Downside it costs money (about $40 USD) and they have a new version every year altough I haven't upgraded and it's fine.
A free (open source) alternative that I've been wanting to try out is GNUCash.
