Lets put this to the public vote: Who's more likely to see Romanian gypsies in the London Underground? Someone who spent two days in London or someone who spent 19 years in London?

Good part of european countries have their gypsies, they're nomad people that live all over the place (I think only kurds are greater in numbers and without their own state).
We also have them, and I have met plenty of warm-hearted, loving and generally nice gypsies that have nothing to do with those living off charity in Italy and other countries. Those particular ones do bring down the whole crowd, which is not much loved anyway due to their nomadic way of living, and make them look even worse. I've even met that kind of people in Sweden, they would have 10 kids, some not even their own, and would be on wellfare in several big cities, and every end of the month they'd go on a road trip, taking cash for their huge family in like 4-5 cities.
However, not all are like that and there are tons of good people.

And if you're interested in some good music, I could hook you with some wicked tunes, done by gypsy brass bands, that will make you bounce off walls.
