Letting the days go by, same as it ever was.

Supply coordination had gotten pretty easy, since the quarantine. Every three days, a ship full of supplies from the government would supply us with rations for everyone on board. Nothing more too it. I checked the supplies every couple hours- not much else to do.

While checking supplies, Beast aka Ken was locked in the supply closet- which had been conveniently cleaned out. How does anything deadly get aboard the ship without him knowing about it?
Unfortunately, the handle on the door jammed! Not dead yet, but good as dead, the crew moved on. Investigation of his quarters revealed he was a Vanilla Townie.

The silence from Voth is deafening. Don't forget it. I could totally see a mafia team of the_paul, backwards, voth and Beast deciding it would be hilarious to kill one of their own on Day 1 to help themselves establish credibility. If Voth's posts ooze anything (other than guilt), it's arrogance. And paul and backwards are both mafia veterans who would be in for that kind of plan just for the lol's.

I don't know for sure Beast is scum, but he is for sure deranged in some way.

I was hoping to fly under the radar for one more night phase and get off one more successful investigation and then I was going to role claim tomorrow. Basically I was being selfish and trying to actually make it to the end of the game.

Oh nvm, I see why ixt told me to read the wiki. "A Strongman cannot be stopped from performing a kill, unless their target has commuted. A Bodyguard would essentially be stopped from protecting against a kill and would not die."

If Vehicle is to be believed, then the evidence points to ixt and the_paul as perpetrators somehow in Exalt's death. Ixt was either there as a bodyguard which succeeded but the_paul is a strongman, or Ixt was lying and is a killer, or a third option like a redirect came into play? The_paul to my knowledge hasn't claimed any specific role... not sure how that would play with things. He's not here to answer for himself, and phase change is .. right now so that complicates things.

the_paul may be the mafia that sacrificed sdrawkcab on D1.
ixt may not be a bodyguard at all (again, shouldn't the bodyguard die when he gets a successful protect on his target??)

Sorry for the triple post, but until your summary I had no idea how much the votes had moved apart. I've not been on much this afternoon/evening, spending time with the family, and it looked sketchy and I didn't want to lose Vehicle for Beast.

Heh, I voted Beast way early, Day 1. I've mentioned him in pretty much all my summary posts. I cannot read him at all, but I like what Vehicle's writing and I don't like what Beast is writing. If Beast flips town, well tbh it's no big loss because all he's done all game is dillute the vote and cause confusion. Either way with Beast out of the picture, we can all move forward.

I still don't know what the_paul was doing at Exalt's cabin N2. That's a scary thought going into N3 pretty soon...
