This seems sort of broken though, couldn't we just call for a mass roleclaim?
If everyone answers, there will be one role where two people claim it. One of those two is the Contingency Planner - so we take our best pick, and if we are wrong, lynch the next one D2. Game over.
If people don't answer, then that means they are the Contingency Planner or dumb as hell. Lynch and win. Game over.

From the links ixt gave us, it seems like the contingency planner us basically a mafia with 1 dayvig shot.
