IT IS A CHOICE BECAUSE I'M ASKING FOR IT TO BE. i understand its not a choice in reality. but just answer it, man.
its not supposed to be an easy question.
the only good thing i see that can come from losing your mind is you can do outrageous things like shit in the middle of the street and no one would look down on you because you lost your mind
I really couldn't give a shit Ilyaz The best way to go is probably being hit by a truck when you're approaching old age. Not much fun for the relatives though.
physical collapse is worse. the problem is that when u collapse physically all u can do is sit around and watch tv through you blurry eyes. passing 5 years like that would drive you insane anyway.
good point.. can you still see good?
if your vision can be corrected by glasses, I'd rather be mentally competent, you can still laugh and spend time with family and friends that way... if your mind is gone, you're just screwed.
Alzheimer's - senile dementia
Parkinson's - loss of motor control
My first thought was that I'd want to keep my brain, probably because I think my brain is more "me" than my body is. If I keep my mind, I keep my personality, etc.
But the more I think about it, I'm thinking ignorance might be bliss.
