Being guillotined or having your head being chopped by an axe and having that man hold your head up to the crowd. Why? Because it is said that for a few seconds, you are still able to see the people and make sense of what is going on.

Having your head cut of wouldn't be very painful because Your nerves would be cut off.
It would be a quick death.

yah but just the horrible fact that you can see yourself... uh your head only is just... ow. and plus... don't all the pain signals go straight to the brain? or am i a stupid idiot who doesn't know what he is talking about?

Yes most of them do. But if your head was cut off before they reach your brain then I'm sure it would be quick.

But hey no one knows for sure. It could be very painful in the first seconds.

Yes that would suck if you were still alive when your head was departed from your body.

I think if you were being chase by an alien in darkness knowing that when he catches you he's going to peel your skin of before he eats you alive would suck for sure.

There was a scientist who once did this. He was probably really suicidal and thought this was a nice way to work and die at the same time. He had his partner see how many times he blinked after being decapitated. Count: 11 blinks. So for the few moments that the brain still has oxygenated blood in it, you can feel, think, blink, hear, and possibly mouth some words (but not speak, you need lungs and chest for that).

Three explorers are captured by a savage tribe in deep jungle. They are brought to the village, where the leader of the savage tribe approaches the first of those explorers and asks him.
"Which one do you choose - death or Tumba-Jumba?"
Explorer quickly replies "Tumba-Jumba!!!!!" after what the whole village rapes him. He is released and walking unevently, disappears into the jungle.
