Ever wonder what the inside of a PS2 looked like?

Here ya go. I took a couple pictures while I was fixing it and getting rid of that "disc read error" problem. If anyone wants to learn how to fix their PS2 ask me in game.

Lol, i already knew what one looked like, the little motor that moves the laser lens back and forth like fell off, we had to like super glue it back in since nothing else would work - and the little thing that gives power to the Reset/open button fell off too so couldnt even open the fricken thing - it still works fine too o.o (although my brother has gone through about 3 of them at his fathers house)(aka his dad has bought 6 of them, only two still work =P )

you can but special hard drives to put in your ps2 and stuff

if you have a first gen PS2, there's a little white gear that will get "tired" and you have to re-align. Don't use your PS2 vertically. It may look "cool" or fit better in where you have it, but don't do it.

PS3 - 2005, i'll get my PS2 fixed when it comes out $

I bought my ps2 a few days after it came out and havn't had any problems at all. I play it quite a bit too. lucky me

I know im sort of reviving this post but... I get that error reading on my Grand Theft Auto: Vice City CD too much, it has some scratches but.. Damn.. Also im retired and i dont come in game anymore... help!
