Why isn't pot legalized already?

In Canada you can grow two plants and not get charged, the excuse is that you weren't sure that the plant had THC in it. Jason just move to Canada you'd get a good exchange rate and you would be able to understand the people rather than moving to Holland.

I heard years ago that Marlboro already has their marketing in place for marijuana cigarettes (Marlboro Blue I think)

I don't believe this based solely on the fact that they would obviously be called Marlboro Greens...

I stopped reading the thread halfway through because everyone is just repeating the same thing over and over again, but if you're interested in reading the same thing over and over again, here are my two cents:

Clearly, alcohol is a worse drug than pot. It's much harder to drive drunk than stoned, and I've never heard of anyone getting date raped because they got too high. Same with cigarettes. They have no benefits except that they make you look cool, and they have a million downsides. Personally, I would have a hard time arguing that any of these things should neccessarily be legal, unlike many of you, I find all drugs (excluding mushrooms, which I suppose nobody is arguing should be legal, so forget it) to be merely the most fun way to waste my time, not something that has completely turned my life around for the better. However, it's clear to me that if alcohol and cigarettes are legal, it makes absolutely no sense that pot should be illegal.

I don't know man I'd rather listen to a guy beat his shoe repeatedly on a stage for three hours rather than go to a coheed and cambria concert. It comes across that you only listen to emo and we've had a few discussions and none of the bands you exclaimed admiration for could be labeled under the punk genre except The Sex Pistols but then again they're a well known band and most people don't know what punk is but will still heard of the Sex Pistols and know that they're punk. Maybe I'm stepping out of line, this is comming from a white Canadian kid who dislikes Cops but has the name Cops, it's oh so relative. And normally I'd back people on the whole 'your name doesn't matter' thing but in the end it does matter and it does represent who you are, god knows I still get the 12 year old cunts messaging me about the want to kill cops. Maybe you'll chose to cop out and start over with a new name or maybe you'll be like me and deal with the cunts, just understand that when you make a name about something that isn't who you are or reflects anything about you than people are going to get the wrong message and people like Facetious will call you on it.

Coheed and Cambria is ONE band I listen to out of (just a guess) 200 or so. So making a decision on a handful of of bands I listen to out of a couple hundred and not knowing much else about me...I think you're a bit out of place my good man. You won't see me copping out either, because I don't give a flying fuck what other people think about me. I'm just informing you so you can make up your own mind.
