but your vision should be better than 20/20. The standard was developed at the end of the 19th century, among the highly educated (and thus near-sighted). Turns out that the average 15 year old has about 20/10 eyesight, normal eyesight for a 50 year old is around 20/20

I had LASIK about 2 weeks ago and now I am slightly better than 20/30.

How did that work out for you? Painful/expensive/time consuming? I was thinking of getting that correction in a few years.

Glasses are annoying, but then again you get used to it, atleast if you're like me who've had glasses since the age of 5 or something

Wtf, you're all blind. I have eyes like a hawk.
But once every 2 weeks, my eyes suddenly get blurry (read blind)
for 10 secs, then its back to normal, the optician says its nothing though.

Maybe the problem is that you were talking to an optician.
