I'm not trying to lose weight I'm trying to gain it. I just don't want it to be added to my belly. Anyways this thing in my family's genes or something makes all males in the family heavier than we look like. My brother is around 120 kg and some people might still call him thin. I'm around 90+ and the only place where I have a fat deposite is my belly. Also I all my male relatives from my father's side are over 90 kg and most over 100kg. What is alarming me is that if I start gaining too much I'll end up like my grandfather who is around 200 kg and has weighted close to 300 kg.
