No matter what the eventual outcome of this lockout, and not only as a matter of blame because I don't think he's the only one to blame for this, but after the NHL settles its affairs and restarts, I expect (if I had any actual influence on things, I would have said "demand", as it better reflects my view on this) Gary Bettman's resignation.
