Well in knowing that your looking for Endurance, there are ways to specifically address this.

There are 3 types of routines (Weight Training, Strength Training and of course Endurance Training)....and obviously you want to gear this towards Endurance Training.

Endurance training comes from aerobic exercise or exercise that elevates the heart rate. Mix it up...Jump Rope for 15 minutes every morning and mix it up with one day doing a 5 mile jog, the next day use a stair master machine if you belong to a gym, the next session go with an elliptcal machine & of course go biking...a fast paced walk is also considered part of Endurance Training.

The key to the varied aerobic exercises, is that it will not allow your body to become accustomed to one training. If all you do is Jog, you body becomes accustomed to this and changes will be less frequent for what you goals are.

Mix it up to get a better result for the time you put into it.
May your shit come to life and kiss you on the face.
