I dunno, I play in alot of random pug games in GW, and they last about 5 minutes tops depending on the skill levels of the teams put together.

You won't ever hear this happening in WoW. Eventually, someone dies. In GW, even in very early beta I saw several concievable stalemate scenarios along many different lines. The fact that they didn't recognize this after all these months of testing rather.. disheartening?

But really, why do you keep bringing up WoW, I thought we were talking about the pros/cons of Guild Wars.

Hahahha, wow, I just did my first cooperative mission (Defend the Wall I think) and it was pretty fun. We were at the part where you have to outrun the grawl army, and all 3 of my teammates died somehow. I had to keep running and they were all cheering me on, and I finally made it to the end by myself. That was awesome.

PVP is also pretty fun, but it's a bit of a crapshoot when it comes to getting a good team or not.

The game gets a lot more fun after you leave the beginners area it seems. :P

Haha that sounds like two holy spec paladins fighting in WoW. That's another reason I don't like GW fights last too fucking long.

Those 1v1 fights can all be about 30 minutes long, until someone fucks up, or decides to run away. Let's not forget to mention the giant stalemate at Hillsbrad foothills, SWEET! (I hate the WoW pvp system right now)

I actually heard the GW pvping is a lot better from a lot of WoW players, but I have no idea how the pvp system works. Someone enlighten me?
