Lol! ok sorry no pun intended but i also smoked when i was 14 and it has nothing to do with a serious addiction... if you want to stop smoking i suggest that you either do it determenantly... i mean stop and never think about them again... and not even using those patches and stuff. Of course if you have enough willpower you can smoke a cigar once in a while at a party or so but don't make it an habit again or you will just experience addiction again.

I smoke close to 20 a day. I tried nicotine patches but then had a house party that same night and gave in and smoked, but still had the patch on, so I got like 1228439 pints of nicotine up my ass that night.

Dont know if its a serious addiction but when i try to quit i get really bad cravings.. lol

Nicotine patches usually have high levels of nicotine, my mom smokes lights, so the patch was too much nicotine for her, and she got sick, so yeah, patch isnt for everyone.

my mum tried the patches for a while, they did fuck all really, she switched to Polo mints, and went off the cigs for about 3 months

but she got back on them somehow :huh:
