I actually tested it, but luckly I have opera so I can "revive" closed "windows".
try, start then run then write this -> shutdown -s -t 60 -c "Oh noes! What to do! argh!"
Then right after that before 0, you should write shutdown -a. Its great fun, if you have xp or win2000. : o
edit: this can also be done in command/ms-dos, run->cmd or command. Also if you ever lose your internet connection. try run-> cmd or command, write ipconfig to see the current ip, then ipconfig -release or release_all, after that you write ipconfig -renew or renew_all. Then you should gain back your lost ip for your internet connection.
