There is no option to reform, and no I don't think we're gonna have another incident of "Hot Coffee: Round 2", but I will buy the first copy just in case such an event occurs.

The game is basically Grand Theft Schoolyard. Take up missions in this large campus and become the school's most feared bully. Many minigames to play (dodgeball, football, etc*), and you can dress up your bully with many different clothing options.
