Well I guess where we know where you stand with your self-esteem hiding in your pocket. He's making the point that everyone is their own best "philosipher" as in no-one can predict or dictate what you believe exactly and it is up to you, yourself to find this out.

You interpret it one way, I'm going to do the same. I don't honestly believe saying you are your own best philsopher is the correct way to describe what you said, but I do see how you can make that assumption.

Well basically, people stated their opinions but it all went wrong when people started using bible quotes and theories to prove why their more right, instead of people taking a passive approach to this thread they took this head on and went on religious banters.

He pointed out the fact that you can't stay on topic in any normal discussion without insinuating that everyone has some sinister ulterior motive or some role in a wacky worldwide conspiracy, and that you do in fact sound like a sociopath who hasn't seen daylight since birth.

perhaps you should re-read my posting. styles addressed me with questions, i answered them and asked him a question myself, about viewing the bible as an exclusive path. he reacted violently of course as expected. nothing you type above has anything to do with my post

I think spirituality should be interpreted by each person and adapted to fit their own way of belief, I haven't met many people that think the way that I do in terms of religion and God.

I would never dismiss anyones beliefs but merely take what parts I may have "faith" in.. I just think it's more of a individual decision that can't solely be influenced by one person ie. philosphers.
