The only wierd thing about Sacramento is it's rumored to have haunted tunnels below the city.
When the city was first founded, it used to flood just about every single year, since it's directly downriver from the Sierra Nevada mountain range. So, the government decided the best thing was to re-build the city about 15 feet above the original surface, and build levees everywhere.
Well, many of the old downtown buildings have access to these basements which connect to the original subterranian building facades and a network of underground tunnels that run throughout the downtown area. There have been reports of ghosts and apparitions in these subterranian tunnels by the shop owners and their employees.
Spooky! :fear:
