Reminds me of that Ramin Bilang video that someone posted up here a while ago. So incredible. I couldn't believe that backflip that guy did while running forward. Well, all of it is pretty ridiculous, but that one trick requires so much power, not just agility and quick spinning.

actually i'm quite sure some of these guys were gymnasts, there's some stuff you would absolutely never be able to do without training gymnastics for a very long time.
I can also easily see which guys are gymnasts and which martial artists.

theres actually a show out there right now where they take hip hop music and lace it into the background of an old kung fu movie during the fight scenes. They also dub voices into it. if you live in ontario or canada for that matter, its on showcase
