i think its down mostly to luck who wins it out of the top 10 squads or so.

I mean Porto and Liverpool weren't the best teams in Europe and they both won it with some nice underdog lack of pressure.

Why werent Chelsea seeded?
Seems strange that a team that got the semi finals last year and won the english premiership, werent seeded, while teams that won and did nothing, manchester united, are seeded
