I know my home IP address is unbanned, but I still get this "your IP is bannned" message every time I visit this forum. I reloaded the IE, I even formatted the harddisk and reinstalled windows (to upgrade from 2000 to xp). The problem just won't go away.

Could it be ... my ISP's whole subnet got banned? Just a suggestion, could be anything else tho :/
