It's harder when it's a sinus infection because it's finding it easier to slide backwards towards my throat instead of forwards to my nostrils. Blowing my nose isn't as effective because I can't create as much of a vacuum effect.

one time i was driving and eating strawberry yogurt and accidently spilled some on my shorts, so i started rubbing myself trying to get it to dry off and i got an urge to just whip it out and start jacking off and i unzipped my shorts and almost did it but then i was like "nah"
