Okay, I'm going to try to set things straight here

There was no fire. There was no burglary.

I was hallucinating last night due to an overdose of dextromethorphan and acetaminophen taken with alcohol. In my hallucinations, I and another person (user Centurion04) were on fire, and a lot of other shit which I'm not going to go into details about.

The noises that were heard on ventrilo were obviously caused by that.

Someone on the ventrilo who will go unnamed apparently told me to "get out of the house", in which case in my state I tried to pull the laptop with me out of the room, the cord snapped, I smashed my head into the door, my (step)dad woke up and took the necessary actions. I was checked out of the hospital this morning with no permanent damage whatsoever, I went to the hospital in time.

Thanks for all of the help you tried to give; the reason that the last name you all know wasn't in their phonebooks was because, if you haven't guessed it already, divorce.

I apologize about all of the panic. If you were supposed to know more, you already do.

I realize what I did was retarded, I shouldn't have drank and if I didn't drink then it wouldn't have happened. And yeah, I do know what I'm talking about. I've Robo-tripped before on a bottle and a half and it was no where near the level of actual hallucination. You may see some melding of images but you aren't completely out of your body (say with acid, molly, or even potent mushrooms). The fact that you thought there was a fire in your house and tried to run outside means you are either bullshitting or need attention.

I did the same thing in 1997, except it was codeine, and I spent some very uncomfortable days afterwards downing rolaids because my stomach felt like I'd eaten a bunch of ground glass, where it really screwed up the inside of my stomach, and my kidneys almost shut down.

It was stupid, and I was being stupid. Anyone else that follows in the same footsteps is being stupid. There is no point to it. No matter what kind of day you have, what your emotions are like, no matter who you are. Nothing is so bad as to warrant that kind of escapism. Why? Because you're just fooling yourself if you think so. Even if you didn't give a shit about your own life, you could use the rest of the life you would have, by trying to do good for other people just so they don't have to feel as shitty as a person might feel they do. How's that, Ashlee? I don't need to know you, to have learned that much for myself. There's that bit of wisdom that I'm sure, and sad for you, that you have probably already had to learn the hard way. I know I sure did. But there's who knows how many other people that could read this. Maybe one of em will think back to it when they're about to do something really stupid and dangerous, and think.

The people at the hospital knew what they were talking about, and they said that it was completely possible and my case was nowhere near the worst that they had seen. I don't think you have a medical degree, you're probably just some teenage kid who does drugs and thinks they're an expert. Ask a doctor about it and maybe they'll explain to you?

I didn't take it in syrup form, by the way, so it wasn't your cherry shit from the bottle or what the fuck ever you tried to use to get high, which you really shouldn't do btw

Anyway

Drugs affect a lot of people differently, more severe in some cases and less severe in others. This was literally told to me by the people who talked to me after the episode, and I was affected pretty severely.

So

If you're really interested in it, make an appointment with your doctor and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to give you information.
