    Why does UC have 2 moderators, and Testing (A sub-forum of UC) have 4? Are Conc and Cylor not cool enough for UC?

      They're all super moderators, meaning that all of the above can moderate any forum. The mod table (thats what you were refering to) is a relic from the days when people had a specific forum, that I haven't got round to clearing up properly, because its not that important
