Get a loan for that amount. Use the money you get from the loan to pay off the bill. Then pay off the loan as soon as possible.

Paying with credit card is bad idea since the interest rate on the credit card is much higher than the interest rate of the loan. So the loan will save you some money over the credit card.

I don't know if it's the same everywhere else but banks don't usually give loans for anything less than five grand and they'll require some sort of evidence that you can in fact pay them back.
