This is actually just a way to stop suicide bombers, the army can shoot everyone on the street and see who blows up.

      Let's not Tone this.

How about some decent information before everyone starts making assumptions? It takes what, 10 seconds to bother to go and google something to find at least several sources of info to form a balanced opinion?

It's a electromagnetic millimeter-wave (95-GHz), not some laser or something.

        Hah, this cracked me up.

But seriously, do these things have anything to do with that one scene in Lost In Translation where they're at the club, and the bartender gets pissed off and starts shooting this machine gun looking thing, and these bolts of light start shooting out?

I thought it was a pretend gun, but I guess it might have been a type of stun gun, but machine gun style.

Anyone know what that Japanese bartender guy was using in that movie?
