        1/2 cup sundried tomatoes (optional)
        1 cup chopped broccoli
        1 cup sliced mushrooms
        1 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cups Heavy Cream or creme fresch
        2 tsp salt
        1 tsp white pepper
        1 tsp basil
        1 tsp oregano

In a medium sauce pot over medium flame, add the butter and melt. Once melted add the garlic until the garlic starts to cook. Add the chicken and sautee for 3 minutes stirring frequently. Next add the vegetables and spices and sautee until veggies are tender. Next add the heavy cream and bring all ingredients to a light boil and reduce lightly. Next add the parmesan cheese over low flame and stir until the sauce thickens a bit. Finally add the noodles, cook for an additional two minutes and serve.

MMm this sounds good, actually I stood today wondering how I'd cook some chicken breasts I had, ended up frying them (sliced) with sliced mango and some juice of orange (+I also took the very outer skin of the orange, don't know what you call this in english though). Spiced it up with some salt and ginger. Ginger, orange and mango really blend perfectly together...
Tip to eat with this is rice.

Some question, "a cup" how much is that, like 1/4 litre (2 1/2 dl)?
Fettucine noodles? Noodles made of rice or pasta? or?

          Trust me on this...

Two wee recipies from Jaffacake's couldron...

Jaffa-cola (I discovered this by accident):

1 Can of cola (Ideally PepsiMax, i've gathered)
1 Clove of garlic (yeah yeah yeah yeah I know)

Give the clove a wee tap just to break open the outside, and pop into your glass of cola. Sounds strange, but I quite like it. Makes the drink more healthier too

Next, Jaffa-jaffas (one from my dad):

          1 orange
salt and pepper (and any other seasoning you care to imagine)

Peel the rind AND the skin off the orange(s), and sprinkle with preferred seasoning. I find the good ol' salt works a treat - you get a nice sweet-and-sour taste which is quite refreshing.

So how much bemusement/abuse am I going to get now? Incidentally i'm actually a good cook, and would have been cooking the Xmas dinner if I was home. So try the damn recipes!
Well, very simply, it's a biscuit, but it is also a cake - think of it as the transvestite of biscuits. They're about the size of, well, a biscuit, and they're basically a disc of sponge, with a bit of orange-flavour jelly on top, covered in a thin layer of chocolate.
