                Edit: Try to find a label spelling it as humous. As far as I know, it's not even marketed with that spelling in any english country. So..

                  my grandfather makes delicious 'grape leaves.' they have a Syrian name, pronounced 'yebret,' and they're like a spin off of the cold Greek ones. it's rice and lamb meat rolled in grape leaves, and steamed in a pot filled with lemon juice and garlic. sometimes, as a treat, he adds lamb bones. :greedy: *melts away*

                        I love fresh seafood especially prawns, salmon, mackerel and kippers however I'm not a fan of white fish like cod and plaice- too bland.
